Gmc sierra speakers not working.

Low. Discussion starter. I ordered a 2024 gmc sierra 3500 denali ultimate in redwood metalic single wheel and purchased it on 1 June 2023. Truck ran fine no issues, but around 600 miles I started feeling a tug / pulse when I was driving and the rpm was sitting around 1100. @ 750 miles the google infotainment lost coms with gps and internet.No Sound Out Rear Speakers. Two days ago, I found out my rear speakers were not working properly (left & right). When I play music, I can hear hear the music but it's at a VERY low volume; almost sounds like it's struggling to play music. I tried different songs, cd's, etc as well. I checked my fader/balance and everything is set on 0 (balanced).If there is signal but no sound it's the speaker. If there is no signal then start back tracking the wires all the way to the head unit looking for damage. If you wanted you could pull the door panel now and attach a length of speaker wire that hangs out of the panel (make sure the two wires don't touch) so when it doesn't work it's a quick check.

2023 GMS Sierra AT4 here - stereo cuts out randomly for 1/2 second, sometimes once in 10 min and other times 3-4 times. My buddy took it to his shop today and hooked it to their Tech 2 scan tool and tried to reprogram the Head Unit. They got it to unlock and it shows that it is working, but there is no sound. Have you done any work to the vehicle where wires could've been cut?

I have a 06 lbz crew cab with non bose system and am having a problem with some of the speakers not working. I have checked the fader and balance.
