The G30 gen3, G30SF gen3 & G30S have the same factory grip texture. The gen4 G30SF has a different grip texture. The Gen3 G30, gen3 30SF & Gen4 G30SF have the same slide. The G30S has the skinniest slide out of all of them. All are great shooters with pinpoint accuracy (dependent on the shooter). All can take the G21 mags.

I had the 30SF (sold it) and now have the 30S. The S has a thinner slide than the SF so it's not as bulky and weighs a little less. Both the S and SF come with 10 round mags and both can take the 13 round mag that the 21 uses. They can both use the 9 round mag, if you can find one.

The 30S has an SF frame. It will conceal slightly better IWB. If you're planning to leave it stock, the 30S is great.
