This "texture flicker" is objects blinking in and out of existence because you broke the games occlusion culling system using mods. Sometimes in an outdoor cell, the screen goes almost entirely black, the effect is reloaded within 1/2s. Not gamebreaking but breaks my immersion every now and then.So far I have found two breaking moments where the Targeting Visor turns neutrals hostile. If you use any of the scrapper type mods like spring cleaning, scrap everything, cleaner settlements, etc... you've probably experienced area's in the game where textures (walls, floors, ceilings, trees, etc...) don't render properly. The infinite XP glitch is awesome and is the best I've seen, up to 20k/minute and requires the Automatron DLC and the robot workbench.
