Erudite thinks you should follow the ethical rules and Dr K fucked up, but that practitioners must have some leeway to question ethical rules and interpret them because it's possible in a given situation the current rules have worse outcomes than something else, and in general it might be the case that some rules are harmful rather than helpful.
