Accuracy: 4.5/5. Even with a Lonewolf slide, the gun isn’t really noticeably more mechanically accurate than a standard GLOCK, but a factory GLOCK is still capable of better accuracy than most shooters can give. This frame just makes it easier to get the very most out of the available accuracy in the GLOCK platform.
The PSA Dagger is a revamp of the Glock 19 and the most notable differences are the aesthetics. The internals do feature some slight differences namely the slide rails. I have it in Sniper Green. I have not shot it yet, fit, feel, and finish seems good. It fits on my 43 and no problems with the cruciform engaging the striker using dummy rounds. Following. Correct, no conversion bbls allowed. However, since the frames are identical, with a .40 slide/top end installed, it is not really a 'caliber conversion', but, is now a glock 22. (The 'caliber conversion' fiasco stems from running heavier/thicker 9mm bbls in .40 slides, which is not legal for SSP or ESP)

Compact vs. full size frame won't matter much. Compact size frame will give you g19 dimensions for the grip, full size frame will give you g45 dimensions for the grip.
