New member. Bought my Lockhart yesterday and it tried to connect once then after it failed to connect to my Network it will not recognize the grill any longer. Tried removing the app from my phone and reinstalling. Same result. Had to unplug the unit and plug it back in to get the app to recognize it again. Tried to connect to Wifi Network again.Things I have tried for Wi-Fi: Moved my wireless router closer to the smoker Changed security to try WPA/WPA2 instead of just WPA2 change password to simple characters, so no special characters were used. Made sure 2.4GHz is seen and used by other devices and works. Made sure the smoker can see my SSID, and it can.
