I am cata 17 currently and i main fot now. You're probably fine with that gear. I'd say sf is a downgrade if you dont have the attack speed yourself, but other than that, its better than ld for single hit damage.

Withered gives +163 S for me on a legendary sword. A player has cata 50 and 2240 S+C without a sword reforge (DeathStreeks). Withered gives +185 S on a legendary weapon for him. The fractional increase in damage is ( ( (2240+185)/200+1) / (2240/200+1))^2 = 1.16. As you can see, withered gets worse and worse.

Bloody, Shaded and Sliky are some nice powers to use. Since you're using a Livid Dagger, put your tuning points into crit damage or strength. If you have more strength that crit damage, put points into strength.

My friend calculated it, withered is only better on Daedalus axe. Also fabled is even better on a livid dagger because of the 20% more damage chance, which will proc more often because of attack speed.
