I dont mind a firm draw or one that loads early, I just want a smooth transition to the back wall and prefer a wide valley. As sweet as the bow and draw in comfort sounds, $1100 for a 320 IBO would be a tough pill for me.

Great grip, great hold, unbelievable price, light weight, easy draw. I had to double check the draw weight as I figured it was ~60lbs. Shop scale said 72lbs.

I wouldn't sell either one for $1000! Personally I find it hard to find a benefit to 204 or 166 shafts when Standard shafts are cheaper and easier to build and fly just as well. I've tried all the sizes of shafts and keep coming back to 246.

Consider that the Hoyt is untuned which means original string, original speesnocks. After a change to X99 and tuned speed nock I expect another 2-5 fps more. You won't be able to ride it out, but gut the deer, then put the front legs and head on the handle bars and your seat goes in the cavity. Should be able to walk out and balance the bike beside ya. I went and shot the Consequence. It was a 70 pound maxed out set at 28.5 inch draw. It was a touch short at 28.5, so I would need to increase it a bit. I didn't want to put the tech through too much, as people were in the store and only 2 guys were working, so I left the DL at 28.5.

The FMJ is perhaps one of the most popular shafts that Easton produces and will probably go down as one of their classics. It offers the best of both worlds- graphite and aluminum.
