Piltover is just 4 gunners ( no azir or jarvan) and really you should blow your load around 30 hp because you will lose a random matchup to positioning. Such as a zed/kat player or enemy yasuo. Piltover works kind of like how mercenaries worked couple sets ago. You want to lose, and the higher your loss spree the faster your blue orbs stack. And the way to convert it is to win a round, which will convert all those blue loss stacks into yellow win stacks, which make your T-rex stronger, and way more valuable if you decide to sell it.
