Sacrilege covers every base - feeding, progression, thirst stages, powers/spells, ranks, perks, vampire lord, racial bonuses - without overstepping its boundaries. Scion focuses more on combat, which is the least interesting part about being a vamp, imo.

Sacrilege is a streamlined version of Sacrosanct. Scion is closest to vanilla. AFAIK Sacrilege focuses more on improving upon your experiences as a Vamp Lord and kinda improves the normal Vampire experience.
