Best of both worlds. I prefer the legacy because it is light and can take the Lancer Carbon Fiber handguard. I think it just comes down to what you value - I have Virtus, Legacy, etc uppers and they all have pros/cons, IMO. So, with the shorter Rattler upper receiver, you're really locked into using it in that config - it's a lot like the compatibility between OG MCX HG's and a Virtus upper, there would be a gap between the upper and the upper rail on the HG.
