Called dealer and they claim it's normal and average a few calls on the issue every fall season. I'm going to contact Kawasaki and take to service to have it documented.

The tires must match and gear ratio must be the same. If off just a little bit it will cause a prob like you discribe.. Bob ps this is only a prob. with 4-wheel.
