Totally black screen, went through fuses under hood and also under glove compartment, asked Rainbow Buick GMC in Covington, LA about it. Said it's a computer and usually goes bad over time. Ordered a new unit, they installed it and no fix. I paid $405 for the unit, they come out to lobby and tell me they can diagnose further for another $400.
