P.S. I own Omen 30L Desktop. THE SOLUTION: I went to "MY GAMES" on OMEN Gaming Hub, clicked my game (Valorant) and Booster was turned on. I turned it off and don't have the issue anymoreSo, that means there are 3 options to enable/disable booster. I double checked booster being on with my other games and they were already off.
