I would start with the easiest fixes first. Try spamming the piss out of up shift, if that doesn't work then hold in the right brake lever and start the bike. It bypass whatever so you can start it in gear. After it starts, reverse a couple feet and then try shifting into neutral.I snapped all three oil filter housing bolts earlier today. I was using a torque wrench, but I must have found the wrong torque spec and over torqued them. Unfortunately there isn't enough sticking out to grab them with a plier, so I guess that just leaves some kind of extractor bit. After refilling it would run fine except at Full throttle where it would misfire and almost die. If you would let it idle for a little bit, it would catchup and run fine again except at WOT.
