Faint line on frer.

Jul 16, 2011 · Hey ladies. I tested at 12 dpo and bfn. I tested again the day AF was due (yesterday) and got an extremely faint line on a dollar store test. I tested again 4 hours later with a frer and got a very faint positive. I'm a little nervous because with my son, I had a positive at 8 dpo and a glaring dark line by 14 dpo. Hi! So I got my faint positive at 10dpo and am currently 13dpo. On FRER the line has been increasing steadily until today when I used the FRER with the solid pink cap. I find them to be less sensitive and the line from yesterday to today didn't jump much BUT on Easy @ Home it made a big jump. I also use Inito to track all my hormones and my LH ...I would check in a day another again. I had first pregnancy 8 weeks m.miscarriage, then Chemical and all back to back. We TTC last month too, and I took about 8 $$ Tree tests (yes, I admit I am a POAS addict) and never noticed an evap line, And you know I all but pull out the magnifying glass to inspect them!!! I've had faint lines since Tuesday evening. I'm not 100% sure when I ovulated (PCOS). I also got a faint line on a FRER on Thursday evening. So much clearer as you can see.

I’d test again over the next couple of days and see what happens it may have just been late implanting or a slower starter neither which are a bad thing. Your hcg only doubles every 48hrs so depending on your starting point it could take a little bit longer for the hcg to build up. Keeping everything crossed for you.

FRER from this afternoon noon, pic taken at or just before 5mm. I could see a super faint line irl and it looked like it had pink colour. But again very very faint.

update #4: Test line is now darker than control line on FRER about 1 week after expected period! 5 weeks preg and no symptoms! looking good! 5w4d Hcg= 7,149 and progesterone = 17. So generally people advise using pink dye tests as they don't give evaps. I would be totally amazed if you don't get a BFP tomorrow with FMU.

I read it was bad to do that so I stopped the daily testing, but I caved and tested again today (6w+3d). Though still clearly positive, it was fainter than my 5w5d test, so I got the CVS brands of FR and CB, regular and digital.
