Chrysler pacifica stop start unavailable.
2019 Chrysler Pacifica Stop/start unavailable light came on. It has 35k miles and it just came on. I googled it and most of the feedback says to check the battery. I took it to get the oils changed and they checked the battery and said it was good. Would this be covered under warranty? It has 3 yr/36k mile warranty.
The ESS system requires multiple inputs and all certain parameters must be met for it to work. I found a very easy 2 minute fix to disable the system permanently. Disable hood closed signal button. Your aux battery being so low would have been bringing down the main battery as they are connected when the vehicle is off.
